WHEREAS, it became necessary to purchase certain
spare spotlight parts from Genarco, Inc., for the continued
use of the Arena spotlights at the Saint Paul Auditorium; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of these parts amounts
to 01509.36;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner
of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia is authorized
to make payment of $1509.36 to Genarco, Inc.
