COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
COMMISS ONER DATE March 17, 1961
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Public Libraries have on Condemnation one Multigraph,
Model 36,-#23318, Flexo Typesetter #39 and om Hammond Multiplex Typewriter
which are at least 40 years of age and have only negligible value, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Historical Society through Mr. Alan R. Woolworth,
Curator, has indicated that these machines have historical value and could
effectively be used by that organization, and
WHEREAS, the possibility of selling these machines is remote and it is
unlikely that the City will realize any return from continued ownership of
the machines, and the maintenance of the Minnesota Historical Society is of
immeasurable value to the City of St. Paul, therefor be it
RESOLVED, that the Purchasing Agent be authorized to deliver the above -
described machines to the Minnesota Historical Society at no cost to that
organization.
