WHEREAS, Mrs. Louis ( Golda) Phelps has requested
withdrawal of an application made for a barber's license
at 342 West 6th Street by her deceased husband, Louis Phelps;
and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Phelps has requested return to her of
the license fee deposited by said Louis Phelps; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and
hereby are authorized to refund to Mrs. Golda Phelps the
fee of $12 and to cancel said application for license; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the action of the Council by
Resolution C. F. No.. 201136 is hereby in all respects
rescinded.
