THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: ` Section 1: That Ordinance No. 8829, approved October 23, 1946, as amended, be;and the same is hereby further amended by adding to Section 1F of said Ordinance the following additional provisions: �., Section 2.
