Managers Salary Schedule, and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay
period following its passage and approval.

Initiating Probiem, Issues, Opportunity (Who, What, When, Where, Why):
Human Resources was asked by Trudy Moloney, Director of Council Operations, to conduct a job study of the Legislarive Aide
posirion, Occupation Code 727, Giade 12C, Salary ScHedute 17. A determination was made by HR that the classification should be
upgrnded to Grade 14C.
Advantages If Approved:
The Council Operafions organizarional structure will be properly structured to manage the work being performed. The individuals
perfoiming the duties and responsibiliGes of the classification will be appropriately compensated.
Disadvantages If Approved:
None.
Disadvantages If NotApproved:
Duries and responsibilities would be absorbed by the current employees without an increase in pay.
