Tending fire at Asphalt Plant on Sundays & holidays fl (March 18, 1961 Taking care of complaints at city yards Drawing plans & specifications for grading & paving jobs Mimeographing grade profiles & revising house numbers Servicing mgnicipal equipment Making up sidewalk assessments Inspecting city improvement jobs And WHEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Necessity of answering all emergency repair calls, Keeping city streets from snow, ice, & debris, keeping fires at Asphalt Plant continuously, taking complaint at City Yards, completeing plans & specifications for grading & paving jobs, need for grade profiles and house numbers, completing sidewalkassessments, keeping city equipment in good running condition, and inspecting work done by contractors on street & sidewalk work.
