RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
WBEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Ramsey, with the approval of the City Council of Saint Paul, have
ordered the widening and paving of Larpenteur Avenue between Rice
Street and Edgerton Street to be done during the 1961 construction
season, and
W EREAS, The City of Saint Paul does not at present provide
sanitary sewer service for the residents of Saint Paul that abut
Larpenteur Avenue between Rice Street and Guerney Street, and
NBEREAS, In order to provide said residents with public sewer
the City of Saint Paul proposes to build in advance of the paving
of Larpenteur Avenue a public sanitary sewer in Larpenteur Avenue
between Rice Street and Guerney Street, and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul does not at this time have a
gravity outlet for the above mentioned proposed sewers, be it -
RE.COLVED, That the City Council hereby authorizes the Commis-
sioner of Public Works to request fr6m the Village Council of the
Village of Maplewood permission to connect the proposed sewers to
be built by Saint Paul on Larpenteur Avenue between Rice Street
and Guerney Street to the Maplewood Sanitary Sewer System located
on the north side of Larpenteur Avenue.
