RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award� I the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnish ;g all labor, materials,
equinilert and services necessary for or�asonably incidental to the installation
of electrical work for the new intercommuncations system in tha Dressing Rooms at
the Municipal Auditorium, Theater Section, 143 W. Fourth Street, St.Paul,
Minnesota, to EXECUMNE SYSTEMS COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #2429 of said Executone Systems
Company for the contract price of $700,00, such-'bid being the lowest and said
Mmcutone Systems Company being a reasonable and reliable.bidder-and-the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul, .
