RESOLVED, that William D. Naiditch be permitted to install and
operate a 17 -car off - street parking lot in conjunction with the proposed
17 -unit apartment building to be constructed upon the property described
as Lots 17, 1$, .and 19, Block 21, A. Gotzian's Rearrangement of Sigel's
Addition, being situated et the southeast corner of East Fourth and
Hancock Streets, in accordance with plans dated February 23, 1961
filed with the City Planning Board, and subject to compliance with the
provisions of all ordinances and applicable laws governing the operation'
of parking lots-and subject to the additional condition that the sidewalk
.abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.
