Dear Council Memb®rs:
You referred to this office a request from Mr. and Mrs.
Lyle Larson, 1858 East-Nevada Street; for permission
to construct a wood fence eight feet high on their prop-
erty.,
We have made an investigation and also discussed this
with Mrs. Larson, and she agrees that-her request should
have been for a six foot high fence. This office agrees
with her request and recommends that permission be grant-
ed.
