City Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: We are referring to you for condemnation action, the shed which is located at the rear of the lot at 21 Thompson Street, on Lot 6,'Metcalf And Wilder's Subdivision of Lots 24 and 25 of Block 68, Dayton And Irvine's Addition. This building is frame, approximately 10 by 20 feet, 7 feet high, very dilapidated, out of plumb, beyond repair and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Henry E. Hanson, in care of Royal and Laura Lares, 21 Thompson Street, St. Paul 2, Minnesota. A Danger Notice has been posted.
