COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock a. m. on
April 7, 1961, upon the advisability and necessity of the repair,
replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the shed at the
rear of the lot at 21 Thompson street, on Lot 6, Metcalf and
Wilder's Subdivision of Lots 21,. and 25 of Block 68,otep4pton &
Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul in Ramsey County, according to the
,plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, because said structure is reported to be
dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
We are referring to you for condemnation action, the shed
which is located at the rear of the lot at 21 Thompson
Street, on Lot 6,'Metcalf And Wilder's Subdivision of Lots
24 and 25 of Block 68, Dayton And Irvine's Addition.
This building is frame, approximately 10 by 20 feet, 7
feet high, very dilapidated, out of plumb, beyond repair
and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Henry E. Hanson, in care of
Royal and Laura Lares, 21 Thompson Street, St. Paul 2,
Minnesota. A Danger Notice has been posted.
Please institute condemnation action by setting a hearing
date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
