The undersigned hereby proposesthemakingof thefollowing public improvement by the City of Saint Paul, viz.:
Construct a public "sewer on the following described alignment: Beginning at a
point that is the ,intersection of a line that is 11.0 feet south of and parallel
to the north property °line of Goodrich Avenue and the east property line of Miss-
issippi River Boulevard, thence on the above described line produced westerly 19.77
feet to a point, thence an angle 370 001 to the right a distance of 115.54 feet to
a point, thence an angle 380 32► to the left a distance of 174 feet more or less
to a point that is on the east bank of the Mississippi River. -
Also; construct a public sewer in Goodrich Avenue from the east property line of
Mississippi River Boulevard to Cretin Avenue, on Cretin Avenue from Goodrich Avenue
to Grand Avenue, in Woodlawn Avenue from Princeton Avenue to Sargent Avenue, in
Sargent Avenue from Woodlawn Avenue to Cretin Avenue.
Also construct sewer stubs in the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Fairview
Avenue, and at the intersection of Princeton Avenue and Fairview Avenue, all of
which is to be known as the WHEELER- FAIRMOUNT RELIEF SEWER SYSTEM, Contract A.
Construct a public sewer on the following described 'alignment: Beginning at a
point that is the intersection of a line that is 11.0 feet south of and parallel,
to the north property line of Goodrich Avenue and the east property line'of Miss-
issippi River Boulevard, thence on the above described line produced westerly 19.77

a point, thence an angle 380 32, to the left a distance of 174 feet more or less
