The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Com missioner of Finance upon the abovd Improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and th same is ,hereby approved and .adopted under Preliminary Order 200614 Approved January 31, 1961 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said, report, hereby resolves: • 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to construct new sidewalk on the north side of Como Ave. from Gibbs Ave. to Raymond Avenue M 1 with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 902 per sg. ft. for 4" mono.conc. wa4. (Excay., fill, conee rem'd., root cutting, drive crossings, etc, at extra cost.) Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the llth day of April. 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
