from Rice Street (T.H. 49) to Edgerton Street, showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades and cross sections, together with specifications and
special provisions, for the construction of County State Aid Highway No.
30 within the limits of the City of St. Paul as a State and Federal Aid
Project have been prepared and presented to the City of St. Paul,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, That said plans, specifications

for the construction of Larpenteur Avenue, S.P. 62- 630 -03, w83 -1(3),
from Rice Street (T.H. 49) to Edgerton Street.
It is anticipated that this work will begin on or before
May 15, 1961, and will be completed on or before September 15,
1961.
We are also submitting a resolution for the approval of these
plans. Will you please adopt this resolution and return two
certified copies to us.
