WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen relative to -the
purchase of temporary seating in the auditorium, as more
fully set out in a resolution under Council File No.. 200794,
adopted by this Council February 109 1961; and
WHEREAS, there are insufficient funds available to
properly comply with the terms of the aforesaid resolution;
THEREFORE, be it

temporary seating and other materials, as more fully set
forth in the Council File No. 200794, adopted February 10,
1961.
