RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling and shed and the
removal of fences, walks, and miscellaneous concrete and debris, located at 304 Michigan
Street, described as Lot 1, Fisher's and Lienau's Subdivision of part of Lots 1 and 6 of
Ziegler and Mainzerts Subdivision of Block 13, Winslow's Addition to St, Paul,
Minnesota toPATSY WRECKING COMPANY in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #2404 of said Patsy Wrecking Company, City to
pay Contractor $327,00, such bid being the lowest and said Patsy Wrecking Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the properrform of contract therefor, and tbs proper City officials
hereby are authorized to exacute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
