COUNCIL/ RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that Resolution known as Council File
No. 200844, approved February 16, 1961,-be amended by de-
leting therefrom the description reading:
"Except Lexington Boulevard, Lot 11 and all
of Lots 12 and 13, Block 60, Hagerman's
- Subdivision of Lot 60 of Lake Como Villas ", .
and that the following description be inserted in place
thereof:
"Those parts of Lots 11, 12 and 13, Hagerman's
Sub. of Lake Como Villas. bounded by the follow-
ing described lines: Commencing at the south-
east corner of Lot 13, Hagerman's Sub. of Lake
Como Villas; thence west on the south lines
of the said Lots 11, 12 and 13 to the point of
intersection with the existing east line of
Lexington Parkway North; thence north on the
existing east line of Lexinnggton Parkway North,
a distance of twenty -six (26) feet to a point;
thence in a southeasterly direction on a
straight line to the point of beginning'".
