RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the
Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in
said City, at ten o'clock A. M. on June 29, 1961, upon
the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement,
frame
remodeling-? or wrecking and removal of the /garage building
on Lot 13, Block 4, Weed and Halle's Additions according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
1610 Beech Street, because said structure is reported to
be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

a date for hearing in the matter of the condemnation of the frame garage
building at 1610 Beech St., as more fully described in the attached letter
of the City Architect.

Dear. Council Members:
There is a frame garage building at 1610 Beech,Street, on
property which is described as Lot 13, Block 4, Weed & Hallets
Addition.
The garage is 16 by 14 by 10, on the rear of the lot, open to
vandals, very dilapidated; broken doors. It is' dangerous to
life, limb, and adjoining property and should be removed.
The last known record owner is Joseph T. Lynch, 1610 Beech
Street, St. Paul 6. Danger Notices have been posted.'
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code.
