Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: There is a two story frame duplex dwelling at 712 Rondo Avenue, which is located on property described as: Except Rondo Street, Lot 8, Block 3, Wm. Bickel's Subdivision. This building is 50 by 25 by 24 feet, badly damaged by vandals, siding is missing, part of roof is open, windows are open, and doors are broken open. A Danger Notice has been posted. It is determined that Maceo G. And Olivette Moody, 718 West Central Avenue, St. Paul 4, are record owners. This matter is referred to the City Council so that a pub- lic hearing date may be set in connection with the condem- nation of this building as stipulated in Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code.
