and before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the
Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in
said City, at ten o'clock A . M., on June 29, 1961, upon
the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement,
remodeling, or wrecking and renoval of the two -story frame
duplex dwelling on Lot 8, Block 3, Wm,Bickel's subdiv.,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described
as No. 712 Rondo Avenue, because said structure is reported
to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining
property.

letter of the City Architect.

Dear Council Members:
There is a two story frame duplex dwelling at 712 Rondo
Avenue, which is located on property described as: Except
Rondo Street, Lot 8, Block 3, Wm. Bickel's Subdivision.
This building is 50 by 25 by 24 feet, badly damaged by
vandals, siding is missing, part of roof is open, windows
are open, and doors are broken open.
A Danger Notice has been posted. It is determined that
Maceo G. And Olivette Moody, 718 West Central Avenue, St.
Paul 4, are record owners.
This matter is referred to the City Council so that a pub-
lic hearing date may be set in connection with the condem-
nation of this building as stipulated in Section 1.07 -2 of
the St. Paul Legislative Code.
