This garage is approximately 25 by 20 feet, dilapidated, out of plumb, beyond reasonable repair, and should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner is Beth Israel Hospital And Home Society, Inc., of Colorado, Denver, Colorado; and contract purchasers are John D. Randle and Dovie M. Randle, 387 North Western Avenue, St. Paul 3. Martin J. Lyden is attorney for the owner, at 641 University Avenue, St. Paul 4.
