City Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: Our building inspector has made a thorough investigation of the double house at 362 -4 Ramsey Street, St. Paul 2, which is described as Lot 22, Whitacre, Brisbane And Mullins Subdivi- sion of Lots 1 and 2 of Leech's Addition of Outlots to the Town of Saint Paul. This is a brick veneer double house, two stories high at the front and three stories high at the rear, 33 by 44 feet. It is partially wrecked by vandals and the rear brick veneer wall appears to be separating from the frame wall. Trim has rotted, plaster is in poor condition, loose and cracked. Floors are uneven. Plumbing and electrical ,work are in deteri- otated condition, and parts are missing. This building should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted. C. J. Rein Investment Co., Inc., 105 Pioneer Building, St. Paul 1 are listed as record owners. Copies of the proceedings should be sent to Arthur Thom Realty Co., 315 New York Building, St. Paul 1, and Dr. Berlin, 2200 South Redwood Drive, Anaheim, California.
