Whereas, There now exists a sewer easement as shown on the City standard
maps, although there is no record of a resolution relative to the acquisition
for this easement, over, under and across the following described property:
That part of the SE 1 of the NW_� of Section 20, Township 29, Range 22,
lying South of Wheelock Parkway, East of H. H. Thompson's Addition, West of
John Neihart's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, and North of Farrar's
Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and
Whereas, It is now determined that no such easement as exists is necessary
for any purpose or use by the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
Resolved, That the existing easement as above outlined, is hereby vacated.
