RESOLVED, that Irving Rein and Harvey L. Kaplan
be permitted to install and operate a 10 -car private off-
street parking lot on property on the south side of
Randolph Avenue between Lexington Parkway and Edgcumbe
Road, more particularly described as Lots 6 and 7,
Howard Green.Addition, St. Paul, Minn., in accordance
with plans approved May 4, 1961, subject to compliance
with the provisions of all ordinances governing the opera-
tion of parking lots, and to the condition that the side-
walk abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice
and snow at all times.

Dear Mr. Holland,
On May 126h we recieved a notice from your department informing
us that an apartment bldg. and also a parking lot is under consideration
for construction on Randolph between Lexington and Edgcumbe Road.
As a HIGH PAYING tax payer I do not approve of any more apartment
buildings in this vicinity. Already it looks like Sibly Manor around here.
