WHEREAS, in C. F. 202430, approved June 2, 1961, authorizing
the release of a portion of the amount retained under the
1960 Sidewalk Contract, District No. 3, Comptroller's Con-
tract L -6189, Northwest Flooring Company, contractor, the
amounts of the 5% retained percentage from estimates for work
done, and the portion thereof authorized to be paid to the
Contractor in advance of the final completion of-the contract,
are in error, and
WHEREAS, the correct amounts of the 5% retained and-the portion
thereof to be paid are 0 6,318.62 and $ 4,667.73, -respectively,
instead of $ 7,318.62 and $ 5,667.73, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that C. F. 202430, approved June 2, 1961, be and the
same is hereby amended to read, "...Resolved, that the proper
City Officials be and they are hereby authorized to pay an
estimate in the amount of $ 4,66y.73 from the retained percentage
of 9 6,318.62 to said Contractor". ---�
