FILE TF 6 June 19 61 WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums, & Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 51 of the City Charter the existence of an emergency during the period from May 1 to 31, inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees in the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums & Stadia, Bureau of Public Libraries, for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: (1) Covering bookmobile schedule, (2) Being present dur- ing evening meetings of the public, (3) Flag display on Memorial Day and (4) Emptying Book Return Box week -ends and Memorial Day, AND WHEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Covering bookmobile schedule, being present during evening meetings, displaying the flag, and emptying Book Return Box, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby COUNCILMEN Yeas Nays DeCourcy Holland Mortinson Peterson Rosen Winkel Mr. President, Dillon 6M 7 -69 ,8 Adopted by the Council 19 Council File No. 202467 -33y Severin A.
