INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of fine grading and surfacing with bituminous material Kipling
Street from Dellridge Avenue to upper Afton Road and Dellridge Avenue from McKnight
Road to Kipling Street, and doing all other work incidental thereto
under Preliminary Order 201217 Approved • Larch 15, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to fine grade and
surface with bituminous material Kipling Street from Dellridge Avenue to Upper Afton
Road and Dellridge Avenue from McKnight Road to Kipling Street., and do all other work
incidental thereto
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $14,.478.75
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5th day of
duly, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Ball Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
