We live at 1395 Summit. The lot descrip- tion is 1120 Boulevard Edition #Z, lot 9, block 14. I understand there is a legal restriction on fences over 5 feet high. We would like to build this fence 6 feet high to shut off a view of the alley which runs behind our home, and also to afford us privacy for our outdoor patio. May I please have a permit to proceed with this 6 foot fence? Yours very truly, M. Shoemaker Sales Manager JMS:ln r ►NY 1961 P.P.&P ,
