RESOLVED, that the prior resolution of this Council, C. F. No. 202132,
approved May 16, 1961, be and the same herQW is amended by adding at the end
thereof, the following language:
RESOLVED FURTHER., that h'eithet -in connection with the
operation of such off – street parking lot nor in connection
with the operation of such gasoline filling station, hereunder,
shall said permittee cause, permit, or suffer any motor
vehicle to be parked on either of the public streets upon
which the subject premises abut, on either 12th Street or
Jackson Street. 11

the attached resolution by adding a further condition that the permittee.-
shall restrict the operation of his business to the property described
in the resolution, and that no cars be permitted to be parked on the
public street.
