RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the awards of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contracts for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the Purchase and Removal of dwellings, garages,
breezeways, sidewalks, fences, driveways, walls, misc, concrete and debris at various
locations as listed below, St. Paul, Minnesota -

Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul $2000.00
To: R. V. COWEN & ASSOCIAM - for completion of all work specified at 34 ,No.Syndicate Ste -

To: EARL BENSON - for completion of all work specified at 1343 Portland Avenue -
Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul $655000
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid 418370
of said bidders, such bids being tie highest and said bidders being reasonable and
reliable bidders and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contracts on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
