therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Water
Department, Hamlin and Carroll Avenues, 3t. Paul, Minnesota - Six M&H Fig. #67
24" Water Gate Valves with 4" By -pass to M & H VALVE & FITTINGS COMPANY in accordance
with City specifleations therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8371 of said
M & H Valve & Fittings Company for the contract price of $8340.60 (Board of ihter
Commissioners reserving the right to increase materials of contract not to exceed
twenty five per cent), such bid being the lowest and said M & H Valve and
Fittings Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said
