In the matter of grading and'surfacing with bituminous material the alley in
Block 1, Dahl's Addition, from Nebraska Avenue south to turn - around, also construct-
ing sewer in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the south 4 feet of
the North 28.33 feet of Lot 9, Block 1, Dahl's Addition, from Dieter Street to the
alley in the rear of said lot, under Preliminary Order 196463, approved March 29,
1960, and Amended Final Order 198503, approved August 16, 1960.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above named
improvement be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works be, and he is hereby directed to-do the work at an estimated cost of
$3,359.00 by City Forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the
necessary materials, and be it
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above improvement, including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $336.00, or a total of $3,695.00, be assessed
against the benefited property.
