RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of Chesed Shel Emes Society,
Inc„ as submitted b the County Auditor, for the abatement
of special assessments shown on the 1960 tax list in-the amount
of $1,709.08 on the ' f ollowing described property, to-wit:
Chesed Shel Emes Society Cemetery
Entire Plat (Exempt) x
and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State
of Minnesota cancel said assessment. 41.
