for Model D Asplundh 16" Chipper Assembly w /sheave and one set 16" blades at a
cost of $1607.33 Ind uding installation labor, less allowance on used chipper
basic unit Serial C2235 $475950, making net cost-of $1131.83 without advertisement
or competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act promptly would
