2 1093, said Resolution being the Ratificafion of Assessment for property clean-up on private properties
3 from July 10 to July 30, 2008 (File No. J0814A, Assessment No. 8548); and

5 WfIEREAS, the property at 1545 Osceola Avenue, being described as:

JN. Rogers Addition Lot 23 Blk 3;
9 with the property identification number Q3-28-23-33-0157 was assessed an amount of $360.00 for property
10 clean-up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner did not
13 receive proper legal nofificarion.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interests;and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $360.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #Q8-1093 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
