COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
-REWLVEb, that the Saint Paul Civic Opera. Association
be granted the use of the-Arena section of the .Auditorium for
the 1961 Pop Musical ice Revues commencing June 21, 1961; and
ending August 26, 1961, with either three concerts or two
concerts per week, upon the following terms:
From the gross receipts of ticket sales (exclusive
of tax) on the basis of three concerts per week the sum of
$1,$90 shall be paid to the Saint Paul Musicians: association,
and on the basis of two concerts per week the-sum of $1,260
shall be paid the paint Paul musicians Association; the
balance of the gross receipts from ticket sales (exclusive
of tax) to be divided 50% to be credited to Awditorium Fund
1021 and the other 50% to the taint Paul Civic Opera
:association and the Saint Paul Figure Skating Club jointly.
