1 WF�REAS, on October i S, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #08-
2 1146, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collecrion of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in July 2008 (File No. VB0801, Assessment No. 8563); and

WHEREAS, the property at 897 Third Street East, being described as:

7 Adam Gotzian's Sub. Of Blk. 89, Lyman Dayton's Addifion to St. Paul Lot 4 Blk 89;
9 wlth the property identification number 33-29-22-23-0062 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
10 delinquent vacant building fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property is no
13 longer a vacant building.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accruedinterests;and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by
19 the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-1146 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
