Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the top
soil and sodding at Refectory Buildings located at Como Park, Phalen Park
and Highland Park Golf Courses, Saint Paul, Minnesota to BUD'S L&NDSCAPE
SERVICE AND SUPPLY COMPANY in accordance with City plan and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid #2696 of said Bud's Landscape
Service and Supply Company for the contract price of $1,095.00, subh bid
being the lowest and said Bud's Landscape Service and Supply Company being
a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
