Dorothea L. Bisanz, his wife, deeded to the City of
Saint Paul the following described property, to -wit:
A strip of land 30 feet in width which lies in
the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4

The center line of the above designated strip of
land being described as follows: Beginning at a
point that is 280.0 feet north of the center line
of Upper Afton Road measured along the West line of
the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 2, Township 28, Range 22, thence easterly at
right angles to said west line a distance of 162.2
feet --to a point; thence deflecting 580 301 to the
left a distance of 129.8 feet to a point to be
designated as point "A "; thence continuing along afore
described line from point "A" a distance of 16.2 feet
to a point; thence deflecting 150 301 to the right a
distance of 3+2.55 feet to a point thence deflecting

thence deflecting 70 501 to the left a distance of 207.0
