WHMEAS" through an error of the Machine Accounting Division of the
County of Ramsey, the following described property was assessed for street
oiling as per statement of real estate taxes in the name of the City of Saint
Paul, Johnson High School,
Kings Arcade Park - Unplatted tract of land within and fof lots 7
thru 16 A. Evanson Add ex E 6 ft lot 4 and all of lots 5 thru 9 blk 1
lot 1 thru 10 blk 2, lots 1 thru 9 blk 3 Oak Ville Park lots 15 thru

TEEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul
hereby concurs-in the findings of the Board of Abatemeit, and recommends that
the street oiling assessment in the amount of $36.30, street oiling assessment
in the amount of $17.78, street oiler assessment in the amount of $58.18, "
making a grand total of $112.26, be abated. ,
