COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, Mrs. Emma E. Feith, inadvertently paid taxes
on property described as Lot 15, Block 3, Edmund Ricets Third
Addition to the City of Saint Paul, in the amountsdf $13.96 and
WHEREAS', the above described property was cnmed by and assessed
in the name of Oral W. Dickinson, but was mailed to Emma A. Feith in
error, and not being familiar with such matters, Mrs. Feith paid the
taxes on the basis of the Tax Statement received from the County Treasurer,
therefore, ba it
RESOLVED, that the City Council concur in the recommendation
of the County Auditor and Board of Abatement, and refund, to Mrs. Emma
A. Feith, the sum of said $13.96.
