RESOLVED: That Application GG-784 for Restaurant License applied for by Mrs. Arlene Tatter,
at 1321 -31 Arcade Street, be and the same is hereby granted, subject to the
compliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of
parking lots, and subject to the further conditions, as follows:
1. That the drivewgys on Ivy Avenue be closed and discontinued.
2. That there shall be no access to the alley on the West or to Ivy Avenue.
3. That a buffer area be provided on the West and North of the premises,
to be planted with poplar trees, and that a bumper fence be installed
at the alley.
4. That off -duty police officers be provided during the peak hours.
5. That there shall be daily pick -up of litter on said premises, as well
as litter that may accumulate therefrom on nearby property, and that
incineration methods shall be improved.
6. That lighting J the premises be so controlled as not to throw light
beyond applicantiz premises.
7. That sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice
and snow at all times.
