RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby commend and thank Assistant Chief of Police
Frank A. Schmidt for the exemplary manner in which
he has filled the temporary vacancy in the office
of Police Chief in the City of Saint Paul for the
past five months,, and for the high degree of
efficiency with which he has conducted the duties
of that position.
