BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF !1UNNESOTA: Section 1. Notwithstanding inconsistent provisions of any other statute, the treasurer and assistant treasurer of the port authority of the city of Saint Paul shall give bond to the state in sums not to exceed $25,000 and 510,000 respectively, such bonds to be conditioned for the faithful discharge of their duties and.to be approved as to both form and suraty by said port authority and filed with its secretary. The amount of such bonds shall be determined at least annually by the port authority. Sec. 2. This act shall become effective only after its approval by a majority of the members of the port authority of the city of Saint Paul and by a majority of the governing body of the city of Saint Paul and upon compliance with the provisions of Laws 1959, Chapter 368.
