Minnesota Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the
Corporation Counsel of a release approved by him,
Earl T. Berg be paid $87.50 out of the Judgment and
Compromise Fund in full payment of damages susttiined
in an accident on February 28, 1961, with James E. Smejkal
and Charles V. Casey, policemen, while in the perform-
ance of their official duties.
