RESOLVED
That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install 530' of duct on
the So. side of 5th Street between Pine Street
and John Street and 65' of duct on the E. side
of John Street just N. of 5th St. Also install
2 new M.H's. on 5th St. - 1 at Olive St. and 1
at John Street and enlaxge an existing M.H. at
Pine Street. The accompanying sketch shows the
location of duct and manholes.
