Avenue to Hyacinth Avenue, also constructing a sewer in the alleyllfrom 130' north
of Orange Avenue to the existing sewer in Orange Avenue, under Preliminary Order
195609, approved January 28, 1960, and Final Order 197041, approved July 19, 1960.
Whereas, The plans and specifications for the construction of a sewer in the
alley from 130' north of Orange Avenue to the existing sewer in Orange Avenue
were approved January 12,''1961 under C.F. 200407; therefore, be ii
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the Commissioner
of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the East
North and South alley in Block 3, Joseph R. Weide's 2nd Addition, from Orange
Avenue to Hyacinth Avenue, be, and the same are hereby approved, and the Com-
missioner of Public Works be, and he is hereby directed to do the work by City
forces at an estimated cost of $2,016.00, and that the PurchasingjAgent proceed
to procure the necessary materials, and be it
Further resolved, That the cost of the above improvement, including engineer-
ing and inspection expenses amounting to $329.00, or a total of $2,345.00, plus
the cost of the sewer, be assessed aga,i.nst the benefited property.
