Dear Council Members :
The request of Mr. Leonard Tamachaski, 278 South Hamline
Avenue for permission to erect a basket. weave fence six
feet high and forty feet long �was referred to �this Depart-
ment for investigation and report.
Our inspector reports the fence would start about thirty';
feet back from the front sidewalk and run along the side
lot line to the garage: I
The adjoining property owners • have been interviewed and
there are no objections. Therefore., it is recom ended
that the Council authorize the Building Department to is-
sue a permit for this structure.
