RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for Project No. 2 of Sanitary Sewerj
Improvement No. 5 (Rice Street Trunk) for the Village of Maple-
wood, Minnesota, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No.111061,
and as amended, for the connection of the public sewer system of
the Village of Maplewood with that of the City of Saint Paul;
prepared by the consulting engineers of said Village and approved
by the Village Council of the Village of Maplewood on May 8, 1961,
and heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissionerlof
Public Works and the Chief Engineer are in all things approved.
