WHEREAS, tlh:e total net Addition is $52.18, therefore, be 1 it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council
approves the foregoing net Addition, made in accordance with the
specifications in the sum of $ 52.18, said amount to be added to
the lump sum consideration named in the contract known as C Comp-
troller's Contract L- 6341, and which amount is to be assessed
against -the property benefited. Works
The Commissioner of Public /has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $ 52.18 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.
