CONCRETE PRODUCTS COMPANY in accordance with City specifications and�the Formal

approximately $7772.95, such bid being the .lowest and said Elk River Concrete
Products Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corpoiation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
City of Saint Paul.
